AGENT CONNECTION WILL BE FULLY FUNCTIONAL TOMORROW

Phase 2 of our Agent Connection rollout launches tomorrow, Jan. 23! Once live, you will use the quick links in the Agent Connection portal to access key platforms like My Business Manager (MBM) and BASES. Agent Connection will also give you easy access to your client list, commission statements and training progress.
Please note: MBM will no longer be accessible on the agent page of the BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and BlueChoice HealthPlan websites. Instead, a direct link to Agent Connection will replace the current MBM link.
If you have not already set up your profile, please take a moment to do so to ensure a smooth experience.
What You Need To Do
Set up your account.
You were invited to create your account via email on Dec. 18.
- Look for an email from ias@notifications.sap.com.
- Open the link in that message to create your account.
- Once you are in the portal, set up a multifactor authentication (MFA) method using your email address.
If you don’t see this email in your inbox or junk folder, contact MBM.AgentTechSupport@bcbssc.com to help reset your profile and gain access.
Reminder: The timing for commission payments for all commercial business will be different with Agent Connection. As of Jan. 1, 2026, your Notice of Deposit (NOD) will be available no later than the sixth business day of each month. This does not include holidays. Make sure to make any adjustments needed based on this new schedule. Medicare Advantage commissions will continue to pay on the current schedule.
