Paper Checks for Federal Employee Program Providers

On June 28, 2024, our Federal Employee Program (FEP) line of business executed a system update which impacted how claims are paid. As a result, claims processed are being reimbursed via paper checks instead of electronic payments. 

Please note that receiving paper checks is temporary and applies to medical, dental and behavioral health FEP claims. Our FEP team is working diligently to resolve this matter and appreciate your patience.
